Synopsis:
The film in the city of Hama, Lately forties and early fifties, the period defined by the storm, which Syria and the Arab world many of the tragic events ranging from the plight of Palestine, through a coup leader, Hosni and the end of the volatile political situation which was affecting the entire Arab arena. On this land the simple man, are working in stone sculpture (the hardest material in nature), and despite his love for his wife and family, it is absent from most of the time, either in search of livelihood, or to escape the pursuit of the secret police. It is a film about the achievement of the ordinary public in the face of the reality which took his life, his ambition and desperate over the fact that carved his mark on endocrine stone and private identity.
