Synopsis:
A rural family (farmers), lead by a bossy father who is fond of lecturing and giving advice to everybody. But nothing goes the way he likes. He is surrounded by disappointment. The howling of the jackals surround his house at night. His eldest son fails in the school. His daughter elopes with her lover. The mother dies and the middle son is killed in the war. The father is left alone with the howl of the jackals and loneliness.
The film mixes tragedy and comedy simply and clearly , so it is easily understood.
