Synopsis:

Through emotional events full of love, we know about a young physician who is puzzled. He does not know whether to stay in his country or to travel to another country where he can realize his ambitions once and for all. He decides to travel abroad. But he discovers that the rosy dream he saw before he left his homeland has turned into a nightmare: he is accused of murder.
