Synopsis:
This film does not depend on a certain stereotype. It is a kind of mosaic that forms a panoramic picture of the facts of life. It condemns and warns against bureaucracy that is not allowing creativeness to flourish and is even leading it to despair. In short the film talks about the problems facing a young musician who is back home after studying abroad. He is aspiring to form a national orchestra, but he cannot realize this dream due to the surrounding circumstances. The film points at the cultural dilemma and takes music as an example being the finest of arts.
