He was born in "Lattakia" 1954. Graduated from the Moscow Cinema Institute in 1979 completed a short film entitled (today and every day), worked with Mohammed Malas in the movie "the dreams of the city "as assistant director before making his novelist film "An Nahar Stars," which won a first prize of the Arab and international festivals such as Valencia and Rabat.
His second film, "the World Box" Won as well as several awards at the Festival of Lisbon and others.
Contributed to writing the script "The Night" with director Mohammad Malas. He Understands that the art is not just a description of reality, it is an attempt to explore, to monitor the laws, and in this contribution in advancing the art to the most beautiful and best.
